The Pioneers For Isabelle Gougenheim
The Pioneers for Isabelle Gougenheim created and developed an original design to embody the artwork of Isabelle Guggenheim. This year-long process required cross-functional teamwork to design and develop a fashionable market-ready capsule for this year's partner whose work is featured in museum boutiques such as the MCA and the Art Institute of Chicago.
As Design & Product Development Consultant I led a team of 2 design and 4 merchandising students to develop new product recommendations and conceptualized & created a shirtdress while regarding restraints such as budget and brand aesthetic. I oversaw pattern drafting, cutting, and sewing of prototype samples, the development of the embroidery artwork for surface embellishment, and the creation of the technical package for production.
I also sourced lower-cost materials, developed the e-commerce product listing layout, and assisted with day-of needs on the editorial photoshoot.
